Victorian 1890s Pocket Watch Chain Big Fob Antique 10ct Gold Filled & Chalcedony

  
Victorian Gentleman's absolutely magnificent and highly impressive 10ct (professionally tested) gold filled (known in the UK as rolled gold) Antique pocket watch chain huge ornate fob set with a big un-engraved chalcedony stone. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.5cm height (including the top ring), 2.8 width, 2.5cm depth and weighs a hefty 21.6 grams. Wonderful very wide half moon mount (with an attractive bail and ornate ball finial to top) which is beautifully and intricately adorned all around with slightly raised flowers, leaves and scroll work set upon an engine turned background.

This highly detailed decoration is beautifully incorporated around the base which is holding securely to centre a big bevel edge, un-engraved chalcedony stone which measures 1.9cm x 1.7cm. Robust secure brass top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with no damage just a tiny bit of very light wear/patina/fine little surface scratches (mainly to the inside of the mount) showing under eyeglass and commensurate with age.
